Rosalie Segal

Alexander technique specialist

Rosalie was a professional musician (cello and piano) studying in Sydney, Vienna and Amsterdam before training in the Alexander Technique with Walter and Dilys Carrington.

Rosalie has been an assessor for and member of the British Performing Medicine Trust since 1998 and has given many lectures and classes in the Alexander Technique including at the Junior Royal College of Music, the Purcell School, Royal College of Surgeons and the Cosmopolitan Health Show. She is presently a tutor at the Mary Ward Centre in Queens Square.

During her 23 years in practice she has helped many musicians improve both their body use and performance with the Alexander Technique.
